Shooting Starz
SHOOTING STARZ is a not-for-profit corporation founded by Wayne O’Connor.
Wayne is a former teacher & administrator with the Syracuse city school district [SCSD]. He is also a professional photographer who is offering FREE photo sessions to certain students in the SCSD. His primary focus is on seniors as they progress towards graduation. He also has photographed other adult members of the Syracuse communirty.
